Use Process.WaitForExit() (no timeout) after the async exit signal to guarantee all BeginOutputReadLine/BeginErrorReadLine callbacks have completed before reading the captured output. Replaces the unreliable Task.Delay(100) which caused flaky test failures on CI. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
